Data Deletion Instructions
You can have all data Auto DM holds about you deleted in any of these ways.
Option 1: disconnect in the dashboard
Sign in, open the Connection section, and choose Disconnect. This revokes our access token immediately and deletes the account's rules. The remaining records are deleted within 30 days.
Option 2: remove the app from Instagram
- Open Instagram and go to Settings, then Website permissions or Apps and websites.
- Find Auto DM under Active and choose Remove.
Option 3: email us
Send an email to deepanshuksingh@gmail.com from any address, including your Instagram username or the email you signed up with. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
Your account, connected Instagram accounts and their access tokens, keyword rules, comment events, and message logs. Nothing is retained except the deletion confirmation email itself.
