Terms of Service
The service
Auto DM sends automated Instagram direct messages in reply to comments that match keyword rules you define. It is provided by ViaEpic. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorised to operate the Instagram account you connect.
- Messages you configure must comply with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms. No spam, no misleading content, no harassment.
- You are responsible for the content of every automated message sent from your account.
Our responsibilities
We will run the service with reasonable care, keep your data as described in the Privacy Policy, and tell you if something breaks. The service depends on Meta's API and can be affected by Meta outages, rate limits, or policy changes outside our control.
Pricing
The service is currently free. If paid plans are introduced you will be told in advance and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that send spam or violate Meta's policies, because that puts every creator on the platform at risk.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, ViaEpic is not liable for lost revenue, lost followers, or account actions taken by Meta.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
